TurboShield™ Base

Chlorine Dioxide Post-Milking Teat Dip

Ecolab's TurboShield builds a visible and breathable protective film that cares for the teat after each milking.

  • Strong disinfection based on Chlorine Dioxide
  • Hypoallergenic properties make the teat skin soft and supple
  • Ensures high quality milk
  • Cares for the skin and avoids irritations due to cold or dry weather
  • To be applied post-milking by dipping 50:50 mixing procedure allowing to activate only the quantity needed for each milking; mixture can be still used up at the next milking if too much has been activated

 

TurboShield Base Products Details

TurboShield is obtained by mixing equal parts (50/50) TurboShield Base (orange) and TurboShield Activator (colorless). Then shake the cup and wait a few minutes for the product to change from an orange-red color to a yellow color. This change indicates activation of Bioxidum®. The mixture is then ready to be applied for use only after milking. The remaining product can be kept for the next milking.
